The pet selection process is a sacred and fragile undertaking.  Whether you choose to adopt or purchase, the decision will leave you with a new partner.  Before purchasing any dog, owners should do the proper research.  This includes investigating breeds, and visiting breeders/shelters to make an educated choice.
